I'm in the cayman islands and I pay my ex a huge amount of my salary even though she makes around 90000 a year. I've had to downgrade to a one bedroom apt while she live on a 3 bedroom house with a pool. I was ordered actually to pay double what I actually pay without ever being asked my expenses.
I am unable to travel with my kids to visit family unless I take along my ex wife. This is not based on any objective data or even law
my ex was given full custody on no basis of law even after a social services report stated that we were both good parents and no faults were found in my ability to be a father
I've given my ex permission to travel with my boys several times alone however whenever I ask permission I am denied
fair? You decide. Stomping on my human right and my kids. I think so.
This is the results of family working in the courthouse and a corrupt and biased judge that wants to keep his 200000 salary.
Explain otherwise. My answerfrom the corthouse about my complaint was that we don't question our judges decisions. Ok so then they must be god I suppose. Answer from the complaints commission office. No answer at all.
Guess it's ok to deprive my boys from visiting the whole other half of their family and culture in the united states
Of course this is normal in our overwhelmingly corrupt world that is run by those in power. I don't have a lot of money thus I have few right
