My brother was not hurt by a lack of Legal representation--he was hurt by the system and it's biases toward fathers and incompetence of the so called experts. The Family Legal System is broken--some states are worse than others. It is tragic what they do in the courtrooms to innocent and good parents. They actually are detroying lives of innocent children--their futures. Most generally, both parents go into a tragic custody situation bitterly--but then come out much worse. The children lose in all this--while everyone else in the legal system is filling their pockets. It is truly disgusting...Their decisions are never in the childs best interest. There is no Justice in the Family Legal System--unfortunately the innocent fathers always lose no matter what.
