There should be an expansion of legal aid three years ago I was living in Quebec and had had to respond to a motion in a Family Law case at Jarvis Court I was denied legal aid in Quebec and denied legal aid in Ontario duty counsel would not take my case and I was denied to have someone have standing in my case which was familiar with family law. Whereas in Traffic Court in Ontario you can appoint someone as your proxy.

If someone wanted to further delay court proceedings launch a motion in your family law case under a NOCQ (Notice of Constitutional Question) under the rationale your constitutional rights are violated as you have no legal representative.
