This is oh so true. Unless you are stinking rich or dirt poor, you ARE screwed :( The government doesn't reconize the needs of those stuck in the middle. I am stuck here as well and will appeal as high as I can go. In the meantime, I'd like to know where my $860/m "disposable" income has gone...?
